the NP was very nice and spent more time with me talking about more than I came in the office for which was nice. It was my first time to see this NP so I had no idea the level of service I would get and I was very pleased with her knowledge and bed side manner.

Was diagnosed and treated for war infection. But came in because of body aches and fever. Since flu test showed negative, my concerns about body aches were dismissed. I was told to come back if fever increased or I started feeling worse. I called back the next day when my fever rose to 102.8 and I felt much worse. didn't get call back from office until following day.

so glad I got to meet Kimberly Benke! she was super knowledgeable and very thorough. I was sweating due to my fever and she and her nurse made sure my blood pressure was ok for me to drive home. I am very impressed with them!

Nurse Kimberly recommended a steroid shot to help alleviate symptoms more quickly. I have had a steroid shot before and I didn't sleep for 3 days afterwards. I told her this so she opted for a steroid inhaler. Was really nice of her to be considerate of my sensitivity to steroids.
