FLU SHOTS ARE HERE - NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED!Flu shots will be given on Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays from 7-9am with no appointment necessary starting on Sept 2nd for ESTABLISHED PATIENTS ONLY. Insurance will be filed for patients that have been seen since January 2008.
Flu shots will be offered to our PATIENTS AND THE COMMUNITY on Saturday, September 27th and October 4th from 9am-1pm without an appointment.
COST OF THE FLU VACCINE: $32.00
Preservative Free Shots (6-35 mos): $44.50 Preservative Free Shots (3 yrs and older): $72.50 Flu Mist (nasal spray - live vaccine for ages 2-49) $63.00
The CDC recommends vaccination for:
Children aged 6 months up to their 19th birthday Pregnant women People 50 years of age and older People of any age with certain chronic medical conditions People who live in nursing homes and other long-term care facilities People who live with or care for those at high risk for complications from flu, including:
a. Health care workers
b. Household contacts of persons at high risk for complications from the flu
c. Household contacts and out of home caregivers of children less than 6 months of age (these children are too young to be vaccinated)

Dr. Ries is board certified in family medicine. She offers a full range of primary care services, including adult and pediatric preventative care and diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness. She accepts most insurance plans and is currently accepting new patients.
Jami Braxton ( NP) professional interests include management of acute and chronic illness, disease prevention and health promotion.
