We are pleased to offer After-Hours Clinic for Acute Care of established patients of Southlake Family Medicine.
Monday through Thursday 5-8 pm. Appointments for evening hours can be made "same day" by calling our office after 1 pm. Walk-in patients will be seen as availability will allow. Ages seen are 5 years and older. There is an additional convenience fee of $20. Please see our

Our clinic hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday. The physicians of Southlake Family Medicine provide 24 hour call service for medical emergencies. Beginning July 1, 2010, a $15 charge may incur for after hour calls. For more information, please visit our
